Stak Tiny Homes Budget Range. Marine ply flooring on galvanised channels.. Walls, steel inner and outer skin with 75mm EPS insulation. Interior walls, aluminium skins with 40mm polyurethane insulation. Roof Panels, Steel corrugated exterior skin with steel inner skin and 50mm EPS insulation. Windows and ranch sliders, double glazed aluminium units. Interior fitout to suit individual requirements. Can be supplied with wheels. Piles can be supplied as screw piles, Eco-piles or traditional piles. Water and electrical connections as per mobile structure requirements.

Walls, superior quality steel inner and outer skin with 75mm EPS insulation. Exterior walls clad with 7mm Eco-ply, timber cover battens and boxed corners. Interior walls, aluminium skins with 40mm polyurethane insulation. Roof Panels, Steel corrugated exterior skin with steel inner skin and 50mm EPS insulation. NZ made double glazed windows and doors. Our premium tiny homes are built to meet NZS3604 standards, providing a high-quality, durable, and compliant solution suitable for permanent living. These homes are constructed with the same level of care and compliance as traditional residential builds.
Stak Tiny Homes Traditional Construction. Floor framing consisting of 190x90 H3.2 bearers. 140x45 Joists at 60mm centres, overlayed with 21mm Pinex flooring. Wall framing to be 90x45 H1.2 studs @ 600mm centres. Wall insulation to be R2.6 thermal insulation. Building paper to exterior. 9mm H3.2 Plywood cladding to exterior. 30 x 18mm H3.2 cover trims to joints. 90x90mm boxed corners. Internal cladding to be 5mm MDF panels with plastic trims. Skirtings to be 40 x 10mm single bevel timber. Scotias to be 40 x 10mm scotia. Roof framing to be 140 x 45mm rafters @ 600mm centres. 120mm Skillion insulation to framing. 40x18mm purlins @ 900mm centres. Corrugated Colorsteel roofing iron and roofing paper. NZ made double glazed aluminium windows and doors. Interior fitout to suit individual requirements. Piles can be supplied as screw piles, Eco-piles or traditional piles.
